I purchased tickets to this event, found out it was postponed, and recieved an e-mail that ticketmaster would contact me. I have e-mailed them multiple times, attempted to call and only recieved an automated system, which was no help at all. I was told in the e-mail to contact them to switch days for the event and then I would also get a free ticket. The automated system is telling me that I will be refuned. Now the tickets are $30.00 more than the ones I have purchased. So thank you ticket master for ruining my children's day out. Why don't you try to tell a 7 and 6 year old that we will not be attending The Marvel Experience because #1 you postponed it and #2 you jacked the price of the tickets up to $60.00 a person.
