Ticketmaster www.ticketmaster.co.uk Review

So its two days before RIP Camping at Download 2014 opens and according to the MyTicketmaster account order page on the Ticketmaster website our tickets have not been dispatched yet! Calling their customer dis-services (who are actually open on Sunday so I'll give them one star) all I'm getting is a fob off that the tickets are dispatched by Live Nation and they have no information so I need to contact Live Nation customer dis-services (who are not open on a Sunday so they can have zero stars).

1/ Ticketmaster have enough information to know my order has not been dispatched yet so why the hell do they not know whats actully going on?
2/ Further investigation also shows that Ticketmaster are actually a Live Nation company so what they are really saying is left hand and right hand are not talking to each other!
3/ My purchase is with Ticketmaster so under UK consumer law my contract is with Ticketmaster not their shell owner company Live Nation who are their supplier in this transaction and who Ticketmaster should be dealing with on behalf of me, their customer.
4/ We are travelling first thing Wednesday morning with three friends who all ordered tickets nearly a year ago just like us and who have all received their tickets. Our tickets need to arrive in the post no later than Tuesday morning which is only two days away or they are going to ruin this for 5 people (I'm the transport)!

At this point, I'm never using Ticketgmaster again... Perhaps they should rename the company TicketShister so we all know how the customer dis-service experience will be!
