As a disabled person apparently im not entitled to the convenience of booking on line, the telephone line is manned by some of the most obnoxious people ive ever met and they don't do you the courtesy of recording one of their endless looping messages to tell you when shows are sold out. After over fifteen hours on hold for three separate gigs has not managed to purchase a single ticket. Complain directly and you get an impersonal email saying theyll look into it. Obviously not hard enough.
