“Poor/non existent customer service”

The main problem is Customer services - heaven help you if anything goes wrong. Its nearly impossible to get through to Customer services and 9 times out of 10 they'll cut you off. Sales work fine via the internet but if you want to amend anything simple re your booking your in trouble - avoid unless your 100% certain you'll not need to change anything.
