never answer your phones quickly
never call back
pointless service
at least 2 sets of tickets gone missing in 6 months
joke of a company
been on hold for 30mins so far listening to the same 3 tracks over and over and over again
Watchdog here we come as the British public deserve better.
CUSTOMER SERVICE IS Z LIST - I.E APPALLING, NON EXISTANT, RUBBISH, DISGUSTING

I share your views on Ticket-Master and worse, the advertisement of their so called kids week tickets. All they've done is ensure tickets are not available and I don't know of any Mum/Dad that has taken advantage of the offer! How do you tell 4 - 10year olds they can no longer get to the theatre. I regret not buying full price before hand now as they've only sold tickets to touts for August, who are now selling at double the price on e-bay. I've spent 5hours today! yes, 5 hours trying to purchase kids week tickets to no avail, not even one!

2 tickets booked on november 2012 for Robbie's gig next next saturday at Wembley...

Thank you for your email, we’re really sorry we haven’t been able to reply to you individually, as we’ve been experiencing an unprecedented amount of contacts from customers recently by email and phone.

All overseas customers whose events are taking place in the next 2 weeks have been contacted with either their UPS tracking number or to be told that we have had to put their tickets on collection from the venue box office due to time constraints. Hopefully the email that you received has answered your question.
