Phoned the number on the gift card – you can only make bookings, not speak to someone for help.
Phoned customer services 08444 999 999 – this gives you 3 options, non of them to speak to someone. I pretended to make a booking (they usually answer if you want to part with money) and explained I was caught in a loop, person gave me a number....
I called 0161 3853211 – automated message – this number is no longer in use, please call.....
08448440444 Automated message – this number is no longer in use please call
08444 999 999 – back where I started!!!

So I tried to email my query on line....
The closest I can get is the same phone number above or email “ask a question” – no link, no email address!!!!

It is a con – there is no where you can get in contact with them to speak to someone. I am sure it is on purpose as I am trying to get a refund!
