Duplicated an order as tried to put in Groupon code, neither accepted it. Called them within 2 minutes of 2nd order and refused to refund due to their "standard Policy" refused to put me through to a supervisor/manager then promptly hung up. All I know is that I now have a £119.50 voucher from Groupon that I can't use and they won't refund and thus far 4 tickets to a concert only two of us can go to, still waiting to hear if ticketline will honour the voucher and refund the difference although I won't hold my breath. So minimum, I am down by £200 which I can ill afford.
