I ordered 4 tickets on Friday September 25th for 2 separate gigs. Tickets came by Monday 28th even though one of the gigs isn't until February 2016!I emailed them saying should I be worried about bad reviews and have my tickets been dispatched and they got back to me within in a few hours and were a fantastic help! I would definitely recommend despite the bad reviews.
