I had a genuine issue with a line up change for a festival i chose to attend for the 1 day.
The changes resulted in the festival no longer appealing to me.. i did call Ticketline to find out what the terms were for a refund and although i did not qualify, i was basically laughed at by the agent dealing with my request and his demeanor was very cocky and disrespectful indeed. When i simply asked if there was anything he can do for me.
Further conversations with other agents there were better, but it came apparent that this is quite a young team that runs the show at Ticketline.. to which i don't mean to sound ageist, I just mean to imply that the level of immaturity there really shows.
If you are an event organizer... Avoid at all Costs...
if you are a Consumer... try to find an alternative ticket re seller.
