Bought tickets for a football match. Got no information when tickets would be delivered. Delivery was apparently attempted while I was out and then tickets were straight sent back to the seller. Customer service is very patchy, pointed out it was my responsibility to be in (!) and that tickets would be redelivered which they weren't. Stay away.

I TICKETBIS well what can I say. Due to medical emergency I had to sell tickets back to them. ITS NOT MY FAULT I HAVE A BRAIN TUMOUR AND BRAIN CANCER . Thus leaving me out of pocket to start with. Sold tickets, did all the right things, usual crock of ... emailed to me. Your IBAN numbers wrong, NO IT WAS NOT . So I Input another IBAN from my bank. ‘Payment pending’ then payment in process and payment pending all the time ‘ . This was like this with the original IBAN number. So in went to Paypal. I the mean while taking photos of all conversations I had. Ask them to Tweet me 3 times but to no avail. Eventually got so frustrated. I used mass media against them . Straight away they reply on Twitter, they asked me to DM them, trouble was they didn’t follow me back. Cut a long story short I STILL HAVE BEEN PAID . Even after they followed me back . So use mass media against them. This should have been paid in 15 days after FA cup final . In my I opinion NEVER EVER DEAL WITH THEM . They are owned by Ebay , which in turn owns Paypal.

“DO NOT BUY FROM THEM”

I bought a ticket for the Champions League semi-final, Liverpool v Roma, for EUR830 from Ticketbis.net. When I received the confirmation email it was a child's ticket. Nowhere on their website did it make this clear and when you process the payment it makes no reference to it at all. I contacted them immediately and they refused to help saying that if you 'hover over a certain box (3mm wide) then restrictions should be listed in there'. Now I can see by so many other comments posted here that this is a frequent occurrence so even though they know this to be the case they have no intention of fixing this as they will happily continue to dupe people. I use ticket websites all the time and have seen this kind of misrepresentation or appalling customer service. If you email the Ticketbis online chat, they refuse to call you. What kind of reputable ticket company would refuse to take a call with a clearly distressed customer who has just parted with EUR820. My bank advised that this is a clear case of misrepresentation so we will be pursuing this however it is extremely disappointing and it has really shocked me. They messed me around so much and I spent 3 hours trying to resolve it. Their only solution after all that time was to buy another ticket from them. There is no way I would use this company EVER again. What a complete and utter disgrace. Please think carefully before you use them. If your transaction goes fine then that is okay but if not and you want any kind of support or customer service then forget it. They avoid you and hide behind the fact that you can't call them.

“Chelsea fc tickets ”

I Purchased 2 tickets for my son and husband to watch chelsea fc v burnley I paid £262.32 for the tickets when I received them the price on the tickets was £30 then to add insult to injury when they got to burnley the tickets were not for the Chelsea end (who are the team my son supports) so when his team scored a goal he was too scared to cheer. So I would NEVER ever buy any tickets from Ticketbis again I would rather miss out than give money to this company

Please guys do not buy anything on this website as it is very fraudulous, I have seen many people who have been in the same situation as me. This website needs to be taken down!!! I bought 3 tickets to Chelsea v West Brom through Ticketbis for my family for a Christmas. After booking I read the reviews and got very nervous had I picked the right company to do this as most of the reviews didn’t fill me with confidence. I want everyone who reads this to know I thought they were amazing anything I needed to ask was delt with efficiently and with care. The tickets came 4 days before the game. We went to the game last night and had the most amazing time thankyou Ticketbis my little boy has never been happier.

I have dreamt of going to the world cup for years, this year i decided to give myself a treat and go to it. I bought tickets for two different games. Not only, this company does not have a customer service phone number, they will not send my tickets to my home address in the US. They charged me $45 for shipping for each ticket and they charged me 3 times the face value. APparently they want to mail my tickets to wherever i will be staying in Russia which is not trust worthy considering I wont arrive until the day before the actual game. I am so completely disgusted with this transaction. I am pretty sure i spent $1,200 for nothing. DONT BUY FROM THIS SITE!!!

In october i brought my son manu v tottenham tickets for christmas, the match is in 4 days!! On wednesday i recieved an email saying exact words 'turns out your tickets are physical tickets'i did not pay for this and ticketbis want me to collect them at a hotel near a venue! I paid for e-tickets to be downloaded a day or a few hours before the match!!After countless emails they refused me a refund! Even tho i was missold them which cost me £300. They have now said they have sent my address to the correct deparement for them to be sent before the match, i doubt very much this is going to happen! Ive gave them my telephone numbrer loads of times to resolve the problem and heard nothing! I can no longer acess my ticketbis account because my email is apparently unvaild!!! Do not choose ticketbis they take your money. My advice is everyone that has not had refunds or been missold tickets, take screen shots of everything! Dont give up! Report to the police! Bbc watchdog! And together we can bring this website down!!!

“Tricked into buying child tickets and still no refund ”

I will wait until tomorrow midday before I post a review on all social media accounts and on review centre. The whole weekend was ruined after you sold me child tickets as adult tickets. Then once I told you I didn't want child tickets you told me it's cancelled and I can get my money back to buy other tickets. The refund never came and I didn't have money for new tickets so myself and the two friends that made the trip to wembley couldn't go and wasted the whole weekend. Now I'm still broke with no money because I still have not got the refund and because of your company I've missed what looked like a great game . Something needs to be done asap to rectify this. I ordered and paid for my tickets , they were available to download three days before the event . Two days before the event I realised I'd been given incorrect seats , I emailed immediately . Ticketbis confirmed they were incorrect and would contact the seller right away. I was emailed and phoned and the correct tickets were available for me the very next day. The service was quick and professional . They dealt with my queries quickly and rectified with plenty of time . I read all the negative reviews after my purchase , and was disheartened when the tickets were wrong . However Ticketbis restored my faith as the tickets arrived and the event was enjoyed .

Bought premium tickets for pgl tauron arena. 5 of them actually to a value of GBP300. After chasing tickets for 3 months and being told each time I had to wait until a couple of days before the event... I got a phone call from ticketbis telling me they could not fulfil my order and tried to swap tickets for the cheaper ones. I asked them for a refund and then nothing , no confirmation of cancellation/refund etc. Put a block on the transaction on my credit card. Also their customer service is awful and most of the time they do not even get back to you. frankly avoid using them. They have wrecked the event for my kids. Thank god, I never believed I would get the premium tickets from them so I went ahead and bought standard tickets too from the organisers! AVOID!

The tickets requested were, with my consultation replaced with another row, ( due to an error) but still in the same sector, a mere 3 meters higher, in the real picture not an issue. Delivery of the tickets was swift and all took place within 3 days from start to finish.

If you paid by credit card there is no problem as you can claim on your credit card. If you paid by debit card talk to your bank - they might assist. Ticketbis are a Spanish company and getting a response from them will not be easy. When I bought tickets from them they were not easy to deal with but they did deliver so I don't think that they are crooked.

Well this is not an answer. I want to know or i will just buy them from Somewhere else. As of now ticketbis have failed to deliver 2 purchased fa cup tickets. These are now passed due date and they are unresponsive as to delivery receipt procedures or time when a delivery can be deemed to have failed taking into account travel logistics making us in effect prisoners in our own home for fear of missing a courier delivery requiring verification and signature Getting a refund no doubt will be a challenge too as their appears to be no way of communicating directly with them and an adjective that pops up in their T&Cs is most apt TARDYHas anyone else had this problem?

Ticketbis can only be contacted via email, so if you want a quick answer to your query or are trying to follow up a previous response, be prepared for a wait! Personally, I think it's disgraceful that they don't have to provide a contact number. It is so stressful having to continually message back and forth and sit around waiting for their (sporadic) replies.

God help you!! I also bought tickets for an important football match via Ticketbis and was given an estimated arrival date. They never showed. When I sent emails asking about them all I received in return were computer generated responses. They have no contact number as you have probably learnt! A stressful fortnight followed with emails pinging back and forth but still no tickets. Finally, on the day of the match, they told me they had been loaded onto my entrance card. This was a lie. I was turned away at the stiles and have since received no response when I send emails asking for a refund. Buyer beware. They should be put out of business.

I have paid for 6 nations tickets online by credit card. The transaction was approved. They are now requesting I send a photo of my credit card (need to see name on card and last 4 numbers, can cover the rest of card if I wish) and a photo of my photon ID eg passport. Is this normal, I am hesitant to provide this info?

You are in a very unfortunate position. Selling football tickets through a secondary agency is an unlawful activity and you should be aware of this. I hope you paid with your credit card so that you may have some chance to get your money back!

I've just bought two tickets for the Liverpool v Leicester football match on the 26th December at 3 pm and I am worried about all of these bad reviews. Furthermore, I have received an email saying that "the sales team is reviewing my transaction for security reasons, but the money has been taken from my account. the tickets cost me £219. How do I know they are legitimate? How can I be reassured? I don't want to be tricked as these are a gift for my boyfriend. Please help!

It is unlawful under UK law to purchase football tickets through a secondary agency. You should always try to buy any tickets directly from the club or from the FA. Having said all of the above I have always received any tickets ordered through ticket bis. Hope you paid by PayPal or credit card as if they fail to deliver you should get your money back. Good luck and hope you enjoy the game

I bought the ticket of LFC vs MU at 21th but I can't be there that day. I want to have a refund but the service tells me I just can sell the ticket. We purchased a ticket for the Manchester United game this Friday. Our credit card is on verification for one day and the game is in 2 days. Do Not trust TicketBis. Don't just take my word for it check out Ticketbischeats. Type that into Google and go to the site and read the nightmares TicketBis has caused others in your same place. You should know this though. 1 TicketBis is just a listing service. Despite what the say they do not safeguard their sales. Many sellers hav sold counterfeit tickets and then hidden behind TicketBis' confidentiality shield to get away with their crime. 2 TicketBis can't force seller to send you the tickets because TicketBis doesn't have possession of the tickets. TicketBis allows sellers to post the same tickets for sale of several sites and sell to the highest bidder. If your ticket haven't arrived it could be because they've been sold to someone else. JUST BECAUSE YOU CREDIT CARD HAS BEEN CHARGED DOESN'T MEAN YOU OWN THE TICKETS. I know this is contrary to every ethical principle of contract law and fair business practices but TICKETBIS IS UNFAIR AND DISHONEST BY NATURE. 3 If everything goes wrong; you don't get the tickets, and/or the tickets are not the same as the ones you paid for, or if they are counterfeit TICKETBIS WON'T HELP YOU. they won't return your calls, they rarely give you a refund, and they'll treat you poorly every chance they get. TicketBis will tell you that the PROBLEM IN BETWEEN YOU AND THE BUYER. AND, THEY WON'T GIVE YOU THE BUYERS TELEPHONE NUMBER, EMAIL OR ADDRESS SO YOU CAN RESOLVE THE PROBLEM WITH THE BUYER. SORRY FOR THE BAD NEW BUT THAT'S what can and often does happen to people who deal with TicketBis. I'm sorry for your trouble. I bought 3 tickets for one of the two The 1975 concerts in Brisbane on the 18th of January 2015. I purchased the ones for the Tivoli concert at 4:00pm and they were sent to me via email. When I opened the email the tickets read the 6:00 pm concert (the concert after the Tivoli) at the Marquee. Is there anyway I can swap the tickets? Maybe get a refund and repurchase the right ones as it wasn't my mistake as the website mis-advertised the tickets. Thank you.

Hello I'm flying to London in 2 days for the Arsenal - Dortmund Champions League game. I still haven't got my tickets, and then I read some reviews about people having problems with receiving the tickets, the whole trip is for the game and I'm starting to get worried. I did have some email communication with the website and they told me the seller contacted them and told them that he is afraid that the tickets won't arrive on time and he wishes to meet me in London before the game and give me the ticket. I received my tickets in time (but only the day before my departure to London, so you can imaging I was getting nervous)) but they were not actual tickets but the season cards belonging to someone else. I was instructed in a letter from sender not to speak to stewards at the game because the cards were not meant to be sold to others, according to the season card T&Cs on the website (Hotspurs) this is not legal. I was going with my son but the cards belonged to other people, - how do you explain that to a steward if questioned at the stadium? I chose not to use the cards but to purchase through a travel agency, the cards were returned to sender and my bank was asked to refund the money, which eventually happened. I tried a number of times to contact ticketbis but never received a reply, neither by phone or email. If you are trying to get your money back from your bank please make sure all correspondence with ticketbis is documented. Good luck

As far as I am aware they do not hold the tickets, it's a buy and sell site so someone else is selling them. I have bought from them Man Utd versus QPR last season and had good service and no problems but I guess it depends on how reliable the seller is.

I'm trying to contact Ticketbiz. We purchased football tickets yesterday and I didn't realise this is a buy and sell site. Also after looking at some of the reviews here I'm concerned about the delivery. Do they guarantee that the tickets will be received by us at our address in good time for the match? I don't know what tickets you have ordered but if they are for a match overseas I would arrange collection from one of their agents in the city the match is being played in otherwise I would be very concerned that the tickets would not arrive before you travel. This is what we did and whilst we didn 't receive the quality seat tickets we purchased we did get tickets and did see the match. I would never use Ticketbis again as I believe they mis-represent to seats they are selling and what you end up with are seats in other cheaper areas of the ground. As you have found out trying to contact them is all but impossible and I believe they make it so as all they would get is customers contacting them who they have cheated. I hope you get your tickets and I hope you are luckier than me and get what you paid for.

Hello, This event has now passed, however we can deliver tickets to a hotel address or to a local addresses in the UK. If the tickets are bought the same day as the game, then we can arrange a collection. Kind regards.

I have bought tickets for the 1st of January! And they haven't come yet! I have sent 2 emails with no reply! What do I do?

Dear officers, I have ordered two tickets for Liverpool v Hull Jan 01 15:00:00 CET 2014 on 4th December 2013. The Reference Number is 5O0V6I3G5G2. And my account showed that the stauts was SOLD SHIPPING: 25/12/2013. However, I still have not received my tickets, so I want to check if there are any problems of my tickets?
