“Payment nearly 3 months late”

Sold a ticket through ticketbis for a concert in September, with a guarantee of payment within 15 days. It took more than 3 months to be paid, with repeated promises that payment would be / had been paid. No one really took ownership of the problem and the lack of a phone number (only e-mail or web form) was a nuisance. If you are no longer interested in going to the event, you can sell your tickets on our website for free in our webpage.

How to sell your tickets on our webpage:

- Search for the event on our webpage and click see tickets, then click sell instead of buy (Blue logo top right of page).
- Enter the same information you have about the location of your tickets.
- Select the amount you want for one ticket.
- Enter the account information you want to be paid into (IBAN number - Can be obtained from your bank).
- Once your tickets are sold you will receive a confirmation email. Once you have the confirmation, please inform us about the sale and we will send the tickets directly to the new buyer.

Is it 100% that I will get the exact seat I paid for and my family will be seated together and if the event is cancelled I will get a refund. I also don't understand what the booking fee is for

Each individual seller provides the seat details in the listing. All tickets made in the same purchase will be located together, while tickets purchased separately will not be located next to eachother. If the event is cancelled, we proceed as the organizers would, that is to say, if they offer a full refund so will we and if they reschedule the event, we'll make sure your tickets are valid for the new date. You can check our Terms and Conditions for a more throrough list of our guarantees.

The price is not determined solely by the booking fee, it is set by the private sellers themselves. For more detailed information, please contact us via the Live Chat available in our website.

I had the same problem - even down to the same date (September 23). I also received the same repsonses, namely that they had emailed their financial department and were waiting for a response. I too was told that someone ("she") had made a note on the system that the concert had been cancelled - it hadn't been - presumably to close off my complaint. The only difference is that they never claimed to have paid me - just promised to.

I finally received payment on December 30 - but no explanation of why it happened, no note of what action would be taken to make sure it wouldn't happen again, and no real apology.

I won't ever use ticketbis again - but hope that you finally get paid!

Spent a fortune on 4 VIP football tickets for me and my kids . I received the tickets only the day before the game after sending many emails , no response , no one answers the phones. Only to find out the the seats were split in pairs! fat load of good when i'm supposed to go with 3 small kids!
