You have a statement from the organizer through email and you still refused to communicate. The vendor response was "Ticketbis is not an authorized user therefore they can not give a statement." I'm sure you already knew this which is why you guys have created this bogus way of doing business. I've read the other reviews here where this has happened to many others. As I've already stated, it is time for legal action. No wonder you have such low ratings.

All tickets made in the same purchase will be located together, while tickets purchased separately will not be located next to eachother. If the event is cancelled, we proceed as the organizers would, that is to say, if they offer a full refund so will we and if they reschedule the event, we'll make sure your tickets are valid for the new date. I had the same problem - even down to the same date (September 23). I also received the same repsonses, namely that they had emailed their financial department and were waiting for a response. I too was told that someone ("she") had made a note on the system that the concert had been cancelled - it hadn't been - presumably to close off my complaint. The only difference is that they never claimed to have paid me - just promised to.

I finally received payment on December 30 - but no explanation of why it happened, no note of what action would be taken to make sure it wouldn't happen again, and no real apology.

I won't ever use ticketbis again - but hope that you finally get paid!
