Immediately after ordering I received emails and text messages regarding the status of the delivery. The communication was very good. The order was sent out very fast and I received a tracking number of the Australian Post delivery.
Definitely no long wait or dispatch just before the event as mentioned in other reviews.
The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because of the price. The ticket companies have a monopoly status and can ask whatever they want. It is take it or leave it. I paid AUD 240 for a AUD 120 ticket ( this was the amount mentioned on the ticket)
