I purchase tickets for around 15 games a year and never had brought from Ticketbis. I had always avoided due to bad reviews and bad experience of friends. Last week I decided to purchase tickets for the West Ham v Liverpool game. Purchased tickets on the 04/02/2016 for a game occurring on the 10/02/2016. I emailed on Monday 09/02/2016 to check delivery had been arranged (received no response), opened a chat on their website and web-chatted to customer sales and they stated they GUARENTEE delivery before 13.00 on Tuesday and will allocate a tracker, I requested a call and they stated no problem (no call received), Tuesday (day of game) 10.02.2016 waited for post taking day off in order to ensure tickets get to me post man arrived at 10.35, asked about special delivery and he stated he had none for my address and will check when he gets bac to depot and call me. I web chatted again to the same person I dealt with and she stated no problems that she had just spoken to post office and delivery will be 13.00 Guaranteed. At 12.30 had call from depot stating that nothing at the depot. Web chatted again at 12.35 this time to a guy explaining what post office stated they said don’t worry it’s another team will definitely be with me by 13.00. At 13.02 web chatted stated hadn’t arrived teh first person I dealt with stated they were just on the phone to them and will be with me 13.30 I asked for their number, and they made excuses not to provide, I asked for someone to call me hey stated they would with in thirty minutes. At 14.00 post office system was showing delivery still at Romford depot not out for delivery. I web chatted to the guy again and he said there had been a change and been a change and would receive tickets by 17.00, I explained that I was diabetic and hadn’t had anything to eat and they guaranteed delivery by 13.00 on day of match, they stated please be patient. 17.00 came and still no delivery, I web chatted again asking for their phone number they said they would call suffice to state no call. At 17.35 web-chatted again they said that Sheppard Bush postal depot had stated that they tried to deliver and that I wasn’t home and asked me to call them, I asked for number that they had called and they stated “you can find it on the net” no number given. 17.45 web chatted explaining that I had called and that Sheppard Bush postal depot didn’t know what I was talking about and that my tickets were at Romford Depot, it also now transpired that tickets were only posted at 16.52 on the 09/02/2016. At 17.55 web-chatted again demanding phone call I finally received call at 18.15 stating that tickets were in fact at depot and never went out for posting and that I could go to the game and get some tickets from someone there, considering it would take me over two hours to go to game. I asked for refund and email confirming this. No email was received. Morning of 11.02.2016, tickets arrive a day late and 18 hours after the game had finished. I webchatetd asking when refund would be given hey stated within 21 days, I asked for email or phone call confirming they stated they will call to date no email and phone call. They cut me off webchat eight time, wasted my whole day, ruined my friend’s birthday and blood sugar dropped to 2.3…. I have full log and transcripts they misled me a total of 26 times.

yes agreed you stated that on another portal and have stated you will be calling me on 15 occasion, between 09/02/2016 to today I am still waiting its better people know what you guys are really like would hate for someone else to be in the same situation as me. I lost a days wages, was cut off eight times on web chat, the birthday present I planned for my friend who flew into London for the game was ruined. I will post on other portals as I stated in my email to you, to which I am yet to receive a response.

According Customer Service department, the return of your purchase 1X7L7U8C1G88, was made on 12/02 and in approximately 5 days, you will receive in your bank account.
Once again, we are sorry for this inconvenience, Royal Mail has excellent logistics delivery, but this day was failure.

No it was not royal mail that failed but Ticketbis and your team lied to me 26 times, it may seem extreme but its true. If it was not for the awful treatment, then I would not of made the complaint... two examples of lies.... 1. was told webchat " we have just spoken to royal mail and delivery will be within 30 minutes" this at 12.30, when I asked for the contact number " we are unable to provide" .. yet when I looked at tracker item was still in depot and when I called Royal mail they said company was misleading me and that this was not the first time. 2. I was told that at 15.40 that I was not home for delivery and they had posted through my door and that the tickets were now at shepard Bush depot (out and out Lie) asked me if I could pick them up from their.... The tickets were infact at Romford Depot and had never been posted out for delviery that day. They arrived the following day at 12.30 (the day after the match).
