Very disappointed. I paid through the nose for two tickets only to find out that I actually had only bought an option on two tickets if a trader were able to buy them (or not) and deliver them (or not) two days before the event. Until that time (however many weeks or months away) I was left completely in the dark. I feel I have been mis-sold, misled and fundamentally defrauded. When I asked customer service some basic questions I found that time and time again my questions were ignored or answered in a manner that was completely disingenuous. For example, when I asked them if they could please send me the tickets I thought I had bought, they said unfortunately football tickets are only printed shortly before the event, so we cannot send them. When I made it clear (again) that I had bought tickets for a concert (not for a sports event) and that the tickets had in fact already been issued, my request was ignored. Another example is that when I asked what exactly the Ticketbis 'guarantee' was, it became clear that they 'guarantee' tickets in the section that you chose (albeit possibly the very worst ones) but that if they cannot be obtained, you get your money back. In other words, they guarantee virtually nothing other than that you might get your money back, although based on how I was treated, I'd question even that.
Finally, when tickets arrived they were the absolute worst tickets possible in the section I paid for. In the section I paid for, were in fact four classes of tickets. The ones I received were in the lowest / worst sub-section. I feel like I was duped and will complain to the ombudsman.
The reaction from Ticketbis customer service has been absolutely shameful. I get lots of emails saying we want to hear from you and we regret that you had a poor experience, but no actual customer service.

We are sorry for your situation and to explain that Ticketbis is a webpage for individuals to exchange tickets, the sellers freely set the prices of their tickets, therefore similar tickets can have different prices. Some sellers offer more in-depth information such as section, row and sometimes even seat number. However, others purely state the area in which the tickets are located without specifying any further information.

You are not the only one that's been ripped off by these Walter mitty's the amount of lies they have told me why i can't be refunded is disgusting 4 tickets were delivered.
Two tickets were actually delivered, i would never recommend using them for any tickets.
