Goodbye World Cup

As a mere mortal, I was not able to buy a ticket for the opening match of the World Cup. But such as any Brazilian, I'm also fanatic for soccer. So I found this website, recommended by a friend who supposedly used it during the World Cup of 2010.

I bought Follow My Team Brazil cat 2 seats in their fancy website by €2330 (later I found it cheaper in the Match Hospitality website!) on Nov 23rd with tickets expected to be delivered between May 22nd and June 5th. Today is June 11, the opening match is tomorrow and I have been desperately calling them everyday over the past two weeks hearing the same: "don't worry, your tickets will be definitely delivered tomorrow!!". Yesterday they said they would call me to let me know the exact time tickets would arrive today.

Guess what: nobody called me, tickets did not arrive and nobody answers the customer service lines anymore.

I still have hope, but I'm terrified that I can have been victim of fraud. Hope you don't put yourself in the same situation that I am right now, so do a favor to yourself: look for another ticket reseller!
