“This company sucks”

Worst company ever. I paid for my tickets and never got them. I bought the tickets through them when ticket prices were low. Customer support sucked. They kept telling me that I would have my tickets by 9pm the day before the event which starts at 12 noon. I heard nothing and called them 10pm. Their answering machine said no one will be around until 10 am. If it's an emergency, someone will get back to you within the first hour of operation. I had to leave by 9 to get to my event. “TickPick: never again”

Bought concert tickets on Tickpick months before the actual concert, realised a week prior to the event that tickets had been misplaced. Tickpick customer service were very nice but could not do anything about it. Had I purchased my tickets directly from the Madison Square Garden online, they would have been able to produce a lost ticket voucher. bought my daughter tickets to some dumb boy band in january of 2014, the concert is in aug 2014, it is now less than 4 weeks away from the date and my daugter no longer wants to go so we want to sell them, the only problem is we never received them yet, contaxcting tickpick is a waste of time, they keep saying the seller says a couple more weeks, a couples more weeks, well that was more than 4 months ago so they will probably send them to me the day before wehre i wont be able to sell them… Read Full Review

“Pleasant Experience, Friendly Service, and Easy to Use”

I've gone to similar sites before and had a problem where the tickets I bought didn't work at the venue and when I called up the customer service representative they had no idea what they were talking about. Just to make sure they were legit, I called up TickPick. A friendly knowledgable young man guided me through the process of buying tickets quickly.
