Don't ever work with this group unless you want to pay fifty+ percent or higher for tickets than the theater charges and not get your money back when a show has been canceled. What a complete ripoff. My bad for not checking their prices against the local theater's direct prices. My seat costs $174 through this group and would be $91 if purchased through the local theater. Fool me once, but no more.

The amount of hidden fees is absurd! Just tell me the price ahead of time. I didn't even notice it so I paid. One of the fees was for email delivery of a ticket - which is ridiculous (that's the nice word for it) to charge for. Then, they had a feedback questionnaire after my purchase and when I clicked submit, it wouldn't submit it...

Bought tickets Oct 31 2022 for June 27, 2023 for Le Miserables. Kept getting emails saying I would get tickets, never received. Called the I was suppose to get tickets and they said they'd be at Will Call at the theater, they weren't there. Called their phone number and just got the run around. Spend $587 on these tickets. Doors closed to musical after 15 mins, so we just had to go home. Got on a chat with these people and asked for a refund and they said we signed something that this could happened and pretty much it was our loss. Of course, we're filing claim. Don't do business with these people. They're scammers. They lie and just plain dishonest.

Purchased tickets for a Sunday matinee, get to the venue and scan our tickets to find that someone else purchased the same exact tickets which were also valid. We had to be seated elsewhere. I assumed it was a fluke and purchased tickets for a week later to take my mother, and got an email 24hrs later saying those tickets had been double sold, AGAIN!! (But we weren’t notified the first time). Called and was given worse seats. Called again, was promised specific seats, and the new tickets were not those specific seats! I am done with them but they refuse to refund me. Don’t make the same mistake as me.

I would give it ZERO stars if possible. I have used MANY 3rd party ticket sales groups and this group was the worst. I actually used them twice (I didn't mean to the second time) and both times they were horrible!! No ticket information. It took me 8 phone calls and on hold for long periods of time to find out that they didn't know when the event was even through the venue showed it playing the weekend tickets were purchased. NO refunds were allowed. And NO IDEA when the show will be. You're taking a $$ risk by using this group. You may never see your show and never get a refund!

I got tickets to Hamilton. I never received the tickets. The reps kept saying they would resend the tickets or contact the sellers. I called two times before the concert started asking about the tickets. They keep pushing back the date and time the tickets would be available until 2 hours before the concert. I never got a ticket. I asked the company about what was the existing policy to resolve these issues if I didn’t receive my ticket. They just made excuses that there were other options but the reps would never tell what those options would entail. Save your money and go to Ticketmaster. I learned from a costly mistake. Additionally, they will tell you that your URL link works but for some reason you can’t just can’t get the ticket. It isn’t true. I tried that link on several computers with different modems. It never worked.

If you read through the details of my horrible experience you will most definitely be put off using this UNSCRUPULOUS ticket reseller, THEATRELAND AMERICA (mytheatreland.com)! I will begin by saying I was careless in selecting this website which popped up when I Googled Jacksonville theater. I was hopelessly into the process before I realized that I was not dealing directly with the box office. I was seeking tickets to see Hamilton, and I was prepared to pay premium prices to be assured of seats -- but I got more than I bargained for. Due to COVID, the original event was cancelled twice, and finally rescheduled 19 months later. Throughout the process I was assured that my order was valid and the tickets would be issued when the event was finally scheduled -- no refunds or credits were permitted. I paid for overnite delivery of our tickets, which were scheduled for delivery 10 days before the event. 2 days before, and after several phone calls, I was told they would be mailed that day and I would receive a UPS tracking number. I did not. Another day passed, and more phone calls, and tickets were delivered BUT the tickets came from StubHub! As it happens, the tickets did not match the delivery notice from StubHub and I called them to clarify. They were unable to get hold of the seller, but they assured me the tickets were valid, and offered me a credit for the inconvenience. Last night, Stub Hub called to say not to expect the credit because it was issued to the name of the purchaser (which was a THEATRELAND e-mail address), and it was already redeemed (by THEATRELAND). THEATRELAND paid StubHub less than half of what I paid them for the tickets. In sum, Theatreland was paid for the tickets by me, and redeemed the credit which was issued for my use by StubHub. In the process they have totally mucked up my StubHub account with email addresses and phone contact number's that are completely alien to me -- which is how they were able to snatch up the credit that was issued. PLEASE STEER CLEAR OF THIS TICKET 'SERVICE'. I will also be contacting the Moran Theater at the Times-Union Center in Jacksonville, and Google, about the algorithm that directs people to this service!

I thought I had gone to the theater Directly to purchase tickets and ended up at theater land America And did not realize that I got bounced to a second market resale company. I found A row and section I was OK with and Hit buy tickets. It did not allow me to select any seats which I found odd and it did not allow me to review anything. I purchased the tickets and my order summary came up with the tickets in a row some 20 rows back! I Been on hold for an hour and a half with this company and I am sure I will get no results based upon what I am seeing here for reviews. Don’t buy anything from this company!!!!!!

Trying to get a straight answer is impossible!! Total runaround. I will never, ever use this service again and regret using it. Steer clear of these people. I tried their text service, ran through all of their ques, got to a rep (I think) and then was disconnected.

They have poor customer service, you get the run around of automated messaging. They don't respond to you when you email or do the chat. They then claim you never "emailed them" which apparently is different than contact us. They try to argue with you that you didn't contact them but then back track and say they see you tried on their site and then when you ask why you received no response they then go back into the loop of the show is postponed. The show is cancelled, it was suppose to be in May. The venue has told me the show is not being rescheduled but this company just says it is postponed. But hey--- they have a 100% guarantee. I asked how long the show can be postponed for since they are selling tickets for the same performance for Fall 2021 and then I got some more run around. Kissing that money good bye. Don't buy from them.

I purchased tickets to the Blue Man Group for 3/24. The show was cancelled b/c the Las Vegas strip fully closed down this week. I was sent an email stating that I would receive a full refund within 2 to 4 weeks. A few weeks later, they sent me a merchandise credit for 303.60 for the 2 tickets I purchased. I have been fighting this claim since that week. They are now stating a merchandise credit is their policy yet it clearly stated that cancelled shows were 100% guaranteed refundable. This company is taking advantage of people during a time of crisis. Highly unethical company. Will continue to fight and take to a higher level legally, if not resolved soon... based on principal alone.

They wouldn't give me the tickets, the show was canceled, I asked for my money back (They say that is their policy) They gave me store credit plus a premium because of COVID, I made a dispute with my Credit card company. They took the premium away because of the dispute saying I hadn't agreed with it. They said I could have agreed to get my money back even though I have screen shots stating otherwise. I will never complain about Ticketmaster again.

My show was cancelled and they said I would get a refund. Later they sent me an email saying they would not refund my tickets and I would only get a store credit to use for a future show. This is not acceptable and I do not want a store credit, I only want my money back. It says on their website: "If an event is cancelled, you are entitled to full compensation of your order total," but when I called they told me I would not get a refund. This is terrible customer service and I will never use this service again!!!

The customer service was terrible when i called about an event that was rescheduled to 6 months later. I am not in vegas 6 months later and we will be in wave 2 of a pandemic. Speaking of Pandemic.... I mentioned to the CS rep that we were in a pandemic and that nobody feel comfortable at this time and he told me " you entered into a contract so unless the event is canceled you can't get a refund, but you can resale your tickets" Again I said... we are in a pandemic and it won't be over in 6 months. Please just provide a refund. The person just kept telling me that we agreed to the contract so they won't be providing a refund. This company is terrible and I recommend that you NEVER purchase tickets through them. Pay the extra $ and purchase from a company with a heart and soul and not just about making money during a pandemic.

Event (x2) canceled due to COVID. Email from company promising refund in 2-4 weeks. At 5 weeks called to ask where $ was, only to be told "be patient and please do not dispute with credit card company. A week after disputing, I receive an email from the company stating they're issuing a credit and also providing new terms and conditions (you can't change AFTER the purchase). I rejected the credit, but still fighting with credit card company in dispute. Also, company won't speak to me because of merchant dispute. Go with a reputable company like Ticketmaster.

Do NOT use this company, they promise 100% guarantee refund for tickets but they will not refund you. This is a sham and they are basically taking your money and won't give it back. Even their customer service is just terrible. Long hold times and basically they don't care about keeping your money. Save yourself a lot of headache and trouble and do not buy from them. Avoid at all costs. You WILL loose money.

WEBSITE SAYS 100% MONEY BACK GUARANTEE!! NOT TRUE!!! Don’t buy from this site. They sent an email saying they would give a full refund due to COVID 19. However, a month later, they decided not to refund. Awful customer service and they truly don’t care. We are talking to an attorney as this is illegal not to refund after you guaranteed it. You WILL be disappointed if you buy from this site.

No money payback for cancelled concert. Only stupid excuses that Corona Crisis is the reason therefor. I will buy never again a ticket from this agency.
