First time customer. Ordered 2 tickets to Villanova/University of Delaware basketball game. Great mid-court mid- level seats. Tickets were to be shipped by UPS for next day delivery. Credit card charged. After 2 days no tickets. I called customer service and was told that the seller had not shipped the tickets and another customer service representative would call me back within the hour with offers of comparable replacement tickets. After two hours and no phone call, I called back a second time. This time, at my request, the agent said they would search personally for replacements. After a long wait, I was offered crummy low corner seats or much higher side court seats ... neither comparable by a long shot. After stating the obvious ... these are not comparable replacements ... I was told rather curtly that my options were either take one of these choices or cancel my order for a refund. No flexibility at all. Take it, or leave it. So I reluctantly canceled my order and missed going to the game. Based upon my experience I would NEVER order tickets from StubHub that are shipped from the seller by UPS. StubHub has no guarantee they will be shipped, do not track whether they are shipped or not and take no responsibility that they will be shipped. That responsibility falls to you and you alone. Also, DON 'T fall for the promise that you will be offered comparable replacement seats if your original order is not fulfilled. That JUST IS NOT TRUE. As a first time customer I'm reluctant to use thus service again.
