I have used StubHub numerous to buy and sell tickets. The process for both buying and selling is extremely user friendly. Tickets are delivered promptly. When I have had questions, all of the customer service representatives I have had contact with are very helpful, friendly , and courteous. They respond quickly to inquiries. It is apparent that StubHub places a high priority on customer service.
