I sold tickets to Arctic Monkeys gig on 20/05/2014 the tickets got delivered fine and I was expecting the money within 5-8 days. It is now nearly a month and have still not received any money as of today - 17/06/14!!!

I have been in contact with them and they issue the same response every time that there has been an error with there system and they will get it sent out again and be in my account in 5 days.

This has happened four times, absolutely shocking customer service, would not recommend anyone using these to buy or sell tickets.

I sell alot of tickets using Viagogo and getmein and would certainly recommend using these as the money is in 3-5 days after the event has taken place and have had no problems. This is the first time I have used Stub hub, wont be making the same mistake again!! shocking company
