Very late receiving tickets (day before!)

I bought my tickets in May for an event on th 6th of July. I opted for tickets which were a few pounds more expensive as they were paper tickets instead of e-tickets which I preferred to have. My tickets did not arrive until the day before the event (causing a lot of worry) and when they did finally arrive I opened them to find e tickets that had been printed out on to paper. What made it worse (other than the fact that I had paid for what I thought were official paper tickets which I could keep as a keepsake) was that the date on the person's e tickets were April, meaning that she could have sent them out to me as soon as I bought them rather than waiting until the afternoon before the event. This was bad service from the person I bought the tickets from rather than Stubhub, however I would have appreciated them chasing her up and ensuring that people are not advertising badly printed e tickets as real tickets.
