Bought (expensive) tickets to Leonard Cohen at the O2. Was sent a pfd printout - StubHub contacted me 1 month before the event to say these tickets were not valid and they could offer me others. The contact after that was not so smooth (I had no confirmation email), so I called them (had to leave a message) and emailed them... and was then contacted with UPS details of the new tickets. Received them 1 week before the concert and they worked! We checked, and the seats we had been sent previously were occupied.. so StubHub saved us a wasted journey and a sad evening. Plus our new seats were better. The only fault was in the communication over the replacement tickets, where there was a gap of 10 days with no further info.. quite stressful... but the problem was solved!
