Not impressed with your service skiddle.com. Had to answer questions about my phone number, age, which I did not want to when booking my tickets. Had to pay an extra 50p on my booking for rapid scan, had to queue at the event because the scanner wouldn't work!! How do we get the 50p back?

Please email your details through to [email protected] with specifics about the event and the issues you had, we will then speak to the event promoter and sort things out from there. In terms of your comments regarding our registration we take them on board and are currently reviewing our ticket sales and registration processes.
