I bought a ticket for Senser. Got no confirmation, but as a regular buyer of concert tickets thought nothing of it initially. Emailed them after a couple of weeks before the gig in Glasgow to find out what was happening. Heard nothing. Sent a reminder and nothing. Concert came and went. And received no ticket.
I then emailed again and got a response. This time to say that I should have received a confirmation email and that there were no tickets to be delivered and that I was to pick it up at the box office.
An email I never got.
The tone in the emails was sharp, hyper-defensive and unapologetic.
I guess I am going to have to go to my credit card company if I am to get my money back.
