I bought 2 tickets from Seatwave in December 2015 for a concert on 14/6/2016 170 miles from our home. One week before the concert the tickets had still not arrived. Contacting them was a nightmare,-phone on endless hold,useless FAQs and no response to email for days. They took my £243.97 back in December.Someone eventually phoned on the morning of the concert to say there were no tickets by which time we had travelled to the venue and missed the deadline by a matter of hours for obtaining a refund on our prepaid accommodation.
Appalling business practice and customer service. I am taking them to Money Claim Online (Small Claims Court).
They tell you that you have bought tickets but in fact they are just gambling with your money.
