Rated low because:
. We were not kept informed on the status of the tickets (Hong Kong 7's rugby tickets), we tried contacting Seatwave many times before getting an answer.
. The tickets were not delivered as promised and we had too pick them up from the Regal hotel.
. Until the very last minute we didn't know if there would be any tickets at all.
All in all, a pretty bad experience with Seatwave

Excellent customer service is very important to us and we always try to inform our customers of any possible changes or problems that occur as soon as we are aware.

Seatwave is a marketplace where people can buy and sell tickets. This means that we at Seatwave do not sell the tickets ourselves and all the tickets listed come from fans and distributors around the world.

We can assure you that we have strict terms and conditions in place as well as penalty charges to ensure sellers are aware of the financial consequences when supplying anything different from what was purchased or worst, not fulfilling the sale, as this is damaging our brand.

We would like to assure you that it is a rare occurrence that sellers are not able to fulfil the sale as advertised and we appreciate the disappointment that this situation has caused to you.

We believe in offering a great service and it's very clear that you feel we've let you down in this case however, we would like to assure you that we as a marketplace have done everything we can to try and rectify the situation, that was caused by the original seller letting us both down.

We genuinely cared about getting you to the chosen event and our priority was to ensure that you don’t miss out which is why we worked incredibly hard trying to find replacement tickets for you that would reach you safely in time before the rugby match, due to the proximity of the event this resulted in a collection on the day of the event from our collection point.

We are very proud of our company and the way we work, we offer a safe and transparent marketplace and we genuinely care about our customers and their experience. However, we do understand that this experience was far from easy, so please do get in touch with us through our website so we can make this right and offer you a little something towards a future purchase.
