I am not sure you will want to print this. Having puchased tickets on 12th October 2013 for Jack Whitehall concert on Sat 15th March I had hoped that they would arrive at least a week before the event. However, after many telephone calls and emails over the past 10 days trying to find out when they would be delivered and by what means, they arrived "standard UPS" at midday on Thur 13th March. Having been told on occasions from seatwave staff that they had been despatched, i guess i was not surprised to find that they had infact only been given to UPS on wed evening of the 12th.

These tickets were a gift and I was not able to confirm to the recipient that he would be able to go until thur evening. I then had to drive over 200 miles to deliver them to him.

As you will read, I am really disappointed in the service I have received, I regularly buy from Ticketmaster but unfortunately they were not able to supply tickets for the date required. I have never had anything like the service or lack of service here.
You may like to know that on one occasion a member of your call centre staff told me that if I called the following morning at 8am I would be able to get a message to the driver as to where to leave the tickets should I not be home. I had infact waited in for a total of 4 whole days already. I subsequently learned that there was no way I would be able to pass a message to the driver and the member of staff I then spoke to apologised for being told so the previous evening.

Having paid a total of £190 for two tickets with booking fee etc it was particularly annoying to receive 3 emails on friday offering me cheap tickets.....

We would like to apologise for any frustration you've experienced with your ticket purchase on this occasion.

Excellent customer service is very important to us and we always try to inform our customers of any possible changes that occur as soon as we are aware.

Seatwave is a marketplace where people can buy and sell tickets. This means that we at seatwave do not sell the tickets ourselves and all the tickets listed come from fans and distributors around the world.

We know people have busy lives and we know how frustrating it is to receive the tickets so close to the event, this is why when purchasing tickets with us you are given the option of selecting a different delivery address to your home address.

We completely understand the anxiety around receiving tickets which is why we always inform our buyers of the tracking number as soon as the tickets have been shipped by the seller.

Ticket delivery times vary according to the event and promoter. We ask our Sellers to send the tickets as soon as possible after the order confirmation and we do specify that tickets should be shipped at the very least two working days before the event, if you need the tickets by a specific date, it is important that you inform us accordingly so we can contact the seller and make them aware to ensure they can accommodate your needs.

With regards to the Face value, the reason the price stated on the ticket is different to what you have paid is because seatwave is an online marketplace, where people can buy and sell tickets. Prices are set by sellers when they list their tickets on seatwave.

We believe that fans should have the right to do what they want with tickets they have bought, including selling them at the going market rate if they choose to. Sellers can list tickets to any event of their choosing and can select their own selling price. We provide tools that show the market value of their tickets on our exchange over time.

Our promise (Ticket Integrity) to our buyers is that in case anything goes wrong and the seller is not able to fulfil the sale, we will step in and try to source replacement tickets for you to ensure you don’t miss out. Whilst we understand that you feel these were not equivalent, we can assure you that the quality of the tickets was the same as purchased.
