Recent visit to Michael Buble concert in Birmingham

We recently purchased tickets for Michael Buble at the NIA in Birmingham. The process of using and purchasing tickets from Seatwave is straightforward and the tickets come in plenty of time for the event.

The only criticism I would detail is that there are too many follow up emails sent through about Seatwave opportunities to purchase further tickets nearer the day to local events but also to the event you have already purchased a ticket for - this seems a little pointless and creates too much email traffic to wade through on a daily basis to search for something you may wish to purchase. I received two emails from Seatwave to purchase Michael Buble tickets on the day I was already attending. This is overload but otherwise I am happy to use the service - wish the prices were a little less obviously, as some are extortinate but that's market forces for you. It seems unfair that the artists themselves do not benefit from the huge hike in value of their tickets!! That however is a longer rant and a bigger issue for the industry.
