“Disgusting ”

I ordered tickets for Bestival and had a major problem trying to find out when the tickets would be dispatched so they would arrive in time. After using the sites online chat twice (first time the person left the convo)and sending lots of e-mails I finally managed to have the tickets dispatched. I leave for bestival in 2 days and have tickets which look like they have been burnt and say that the fee paid is £0.00. Customer service is non-existent with this company and e-mailing seems to get you VERY SLOW replies. Please avoid at all costs.

One of our priorities is to make buying and selling tickets as easy as possible and to support you along the way.

We're big fans of music, theatre and sports events so we do genuinely care about getting our customers to their chosen gigs and so we are disappointed to hear when our customers are less than happy with the service.

As an online marketplace we don't actually send the tickets ourselves. The tickets are dispatched directly from the seller of the tickets to you. So if you are worried about the tickets you have received, please do send an image of the tickets received and we will get in touch with the seller to clarify.

We at seatwave do not own or sell any tickets ourselves. We hope you appreciate that we act as an intermediate between the buyer and the seller of the tickets and we therefore have to get in touch with the other party to get the information required.

We urge you to get in touch with us through our website and provide us with a copy of the tickets you have received so we can raise this with the seller of your tickets accordingly.
