Having paid £80 a week ago for the T20s Final at Edgbaston, still waiting with just 5 days left!
If the ticket comes ontime, ok..but annoyingly, Seatwave will not answer the 0871 number, provide an e-mails address and the HELP link requires my e-mail address, which won' respond!
So basically, £9.99 postage..been waiting for 6 days and at complete mercy of a company that doesn't appear to care one jot about customer service and having pocketed £80 also at the mercy of some geezer who has the ticket to despatch! Furious quite frankly!

The seller of these tickets will be aware that he/she won't get paid unless you receive your tickets in time for you to use them. You can be sure that Seatwave will sending out automated emails reminding the seller to send them off. As the seller will have to be at home on a particular date waiting for UPS to collect them, perhaps they are waiting for a date when he/she knows they will be around. It would be so lovely if you could post something on here when they turn up.
