I was very annoyed that after booking the seats for the Andre Rieu concert on your web site I was then informed that they would not be sent out until one week before the concert. This gave us an enormous problem as we live in Spain and were driving to Holland. The only solution was to change the address and send them to our son who lives near Amsterdam. This meant an extras 420 kilometer drive to pick them up. A complete waste of time and money.
This information should be available before the booking is made as to when the tickets will be delivered.
The price charged was astronomical compared to what other people paid on the Andre Rieu Web site.
The seats though were fantastic, second row from the front better than expected.
Seatwave did acknowledge emails and phone calls which did help with communication.
I would not use them again for any future purchases unless they improve their booking information and lower their profit margins. Also why did I have to search for their phone number on the Post Office DIR site? It should be on the web site and readily available.
After booking and paying were then bombarded with emails of reduced prices for this concert! How galling is that?
