Doesn't even deserve 1 star,I sold tickets on there for a Mark Knopfler concert in May, smooth process, recieved email 4 days after the event saying payment will be processed within 10 working days, this was 5 weeks ago and still no payment, they said it has been so I contacted my bank who confirmed no payment and emailed seatwave my bank statement and only response I've had is that they will pass it on to their finance department, all emails I've sent since have been ignored , disgusting " service" I'd of rather gave them away than be ripped off

Heard from them and they've said there's was a problem with my bank details so requested them again, will wait for funds to reach me and update xxx

Hi there,

Thanks for your feedback.

The payment will be issued 10 working days after the event to the account details you have provided us with.

If you have received the confirmation email that you will receive the payment, you should receive the payment promptly after 10 days.

If the money hasn't come through then its usually due to incomplete bank details and we would then ask you to confirm them again.

If all the details provided are correct and you shipped the tickets and updated the tracking number then the money will be winging its way into your account promptly.
