“No communication, no tickets, no help”

I bought tickets back in November for Robbie, they have not arrived. No response from Seatwave regarding this. Phone number rings you get the usual answer machine message then the phone cuts off when you chose your option. Gutted that I was so stupid to use this site, ticketmaster from now on.

Thanks for your review.

We are currently experiencing a few problems with our phone lines and have made the majority of our customers aware by sending messages out on Twitter and Facebook.

I am beginning to feel very anxious about the whereabouts of my tickets too! We are due to go this Saturday 29th.I bought my tickets in November and since then have had 2 emails telling me not to worry they will arrive in good time and then more recently that they are on their way and that the seller was being contacted. As yet no news and no unique tracking number.Things are not looking good. I have tried to ring today and went through the options to either get cut off or told that the offices were shut. I am beginning to lose trust in the company- would like a response asap please.....
