still waiting for tickets for robbie 21 june they saying lost in post post office saying sent back to sender seatwave wont chase up with sender and wont refund us been looking foward to since november please do not use this site a shambles costermer service a crock off lies

We would like to apologise for any frustration you've experienced with your ticket purchase on this occasion.

We completely understand your frustration.

It is very disappointing for us too when tickets get lost during the delivery process as this is something which is of course out of our control.

However, in the very unlikely event that UPS or Royal Mail has not delivered the tickets to our high standards, Seatwave protects the buyer with a ticket guarantee, which means we will step in and try to source replacement tickets, as we genuinely care about getting people to live events.

The only circumstances where we would not offer a refund or replacements tickets is when we can see that UPS / Royal Mail has tried to delivery the tickets at the address you provided us with when purchasing the tickets.

We are disappointed to hear when our customers are less than happy with the service so please do get in touch with us through our website.
