Bought 2 x tickets for Rihannas concert 16th June TOMOQRROW!!!! And still have not received them here we are 7pm Saturday night. Contacted Seatwave several times this week via email no response at all from them. Friday rang customer services, spoke to a guy who fumbled and faulted with an excuse but couldn't actually tell me why, eventually said someone would ring me back, they didn't. I rang again Friday afternoon a girl this time, said the same someone would ring me back, nobody did!!!
My daughter is totally disappointed and it's a disgrace that these people take your money over 200 quid months ago and nothing arrives!!!!!
We are trying to get a refund now but phoned this morning Saturday, guess what Customer services isn't open today!!!!!
