Paid for 4 tickets for bon Jovi 9/06/13 back in November.as the concert got closer started to panic. A week before still no tickets so phoned them after being told they would be here by Friday yet still nothing. Was told they would replace them with an upgrade and able to collect the day before. Called them on the Saturday to be told they are unable to get the tickets. Now left with no tickets and waiting for a full refund.....we will see what happens. Compensation would be good too. Will never use them again been left very disappointed and angry!!!!

Seatwave is a marketplace where people can buy and sell tickets. This means that we at Seatwave do not sell the tickets ourselves and all the tickets listed come from fans and distributors around the world.

We can assure you that we have strict terms and conditions in place to ensure sellers fulfil their orders as advertised. It is a rare occurrence that sellers are not able to fulfil the sale and we appreciate the disappointment that this situation has caused to you.

However, in the very unlikely event that a seller is unable to fulfil a sale, Seatwave protects the buyer with a ticket guarantee, which means we will step in and try to source replacement tickets, as we genuinely care about getting people to live events.

We are very sorry that we have been unable to find replacement tickets in this instance.

We don’t underestimate how disappointed you are and we can assure you we really have tried all possible options to source you tickets.

We are disappointed to hear when our customers are less than happy with the service which is why we would like to offer you something towards a future purchase.
