I bought 2 ticket for Sound of Change 1st June 13. In April.
When no tickets had arrive a week before I sent 3 emails
On 31.5.13 Day before Concert they said they had been dispatched.
Promised me I would have then by 9 am.
Did not come. No Customer service on Saturday or Sunday
Absolutely terrible

As an online marketplace, the tickets were sent to you directly from the seller of your tickets. We don’t send the tickets ourselves, so please do get in touch with us through our website so we can investigate this for you.
