the tickets were more than double the face price I ordered them in November 2012 for a concert in May 2013, 4 weeks befor the concert I was phoned up and told the tickets I booked were not available and was offered different seats the tickets I ordered were 4 rows from the front the ons I offered were in the stalls!!!! I said what was the reduction in price I was told there was not any!!!

We appreciate that receiving different tickets as you have ordered must have been very frustrating and we can assure you that this is a rare case.

Seatwave is a marketplace where people can buy and sell tickets. This means that we at Seatwave do not sell the tickets ourselves and all the tickets listed come from fans and distributors around the world.

We can assure you that we have strict terms and conditions in place to ensure sellers fulfil their orders as advertised.

However, in the very unlikely event that a seller is unable to fulfil a sale, Seatwave protects the buyer with a ticket guarantee, which means we will step in and try to source replacement tickets regardless of any potential expense to us, as we genuinely care about getting people to live events.

We don't underestimate how disappointing it must have been to receive different tickets.

Our main objective was to make sure that you could attend the concert which you were no doubt looking forward to and even though the market price had risen due to the proximity of the concert, we went ahead and purchased the replacement tickets.

However, we would never proceed with providing replacements that you don't want which is why we also check that you are in agreement with receiving the replacement tickets we were able to source.

We are disappointed to hear when our customers are less than happy with the service received, so please do get in touch with us through our website so we can offer you a little something towards a future purchase.
