We bought a tickets 5 months before event and we have got a lot of mails that everything is ok, but then last 2-3 days before event we have got appologize on email that tickets are cancelleld. Ok we must admit that after a lot of communication via email and telephone we managed a local hotel address and when we have arrived to the local hotel (the the same day of the event), better tickets were waiting us in the reception!! Neverthless at the end we have got a tickets and have been to the concert, we were very nervious because of a lot of unnecessary complications of planned trip in advance.
Moreover i thing that tickets are quite expensive because of a lot of additional fees.
Support stuff did call us on phone the day before event, but before that, we have been send almost 10+ emails.
