“Take care with tickets”

This system works great if everything goes okay, but if you misplace/lose the tickets - you have no come back at all as you are the third party.

I know I should have been more careful but a simple mistake cost me over £250.00 with no comeback. Seatwaves suggestion - buy another ticket.

If the ticket was cancelled only the original purchaser can collect the ticket from the box office - and well they have made a fortune on selling me a ticket twice it's face value and seatwave have made money on my book so why bother help me get a new ticket.

Use the site but be VERY careful with your tickets as there is NO going back and no help.
