“Excellent seats”

I was a bit concerned because the tickets didn't arrive by post before the concert but I received an email from Seatwave telling me that I could collect them on the day at the O2 from their office, they replied to all my emails almost instantly & I found the office easily & the staff there were extremely helpful we all had a great night albeit a bit late as Justin Bieber was late on stage, but the main thing was that my daughter had great seats and a fantastic time :)
