I used Seatwave to purchase some tickets for Caro Emerald in Bournemouth. I had been really disappointed that I couldn't get tickets for the concert (sold out for ages) because it is our first wedding anniversary and Caro's songs were those we often dance to (we do Ceroc)

I found some on Seatwave and I was so pleased but I had never used a website like this before and was quite anxious that things would go wrong - why did I worry?!!!

It was a seamless, fuss-free experience from start to finish - the tickets arrived safely and when expected and now we can look forward to enjoying the concert. Thank you to whoever put them up for sale - sorry you couldn't go but thank you for giving us the chance to enjoy them.

I would not hesitate to use this service again - thank you!
