I used Seatwave first time after few years and I just got nice reminder why I stopped using them in the first place. 2 weeks before the concert I got nice email threatening me that if I don’t dispatch thickets next day they will automatically charge me with costs of replacing them. As a company who deals with tickets Seatwave should know better that tickets can be coming anytime before the gig and also for that reason they have their pickup offices. The message was clear and when I sent email for further explanation the only conclusion I got, “you are weaker opponent and we can do what we want as long as we can get even more money from you”. For someone who takes money from both sides (10% from seller and 10% from buyer) they should be a bit more user friendly. eBay takes gives you money straight away, takes 10% and if things go wrong you can always sort this out with the buyer directly and won’t be charge additional fee for it. The sell prices are similar, so why would you use Seatwave
