“Major disappointment”

Was keen to take my disabled son to see Frank Turner who he is a major fan of.. Ordered tickets through this company and deliberately paid high prices for seats described as stalls.. ON arrival this was not the case standing only.. NOT at all suitable for my son with his disability. We were therefore near the back with apretty poor view.. no address for me to contact top complaint the sender also had not contact details when he/she sent the tickets
