I paid €351 each for 3 tickets. When I received the tickets, I saw they had a face value of €70 printed on each ticket. How is it legal that a company can re-sell tickets at a markup of 500% ? I've heard there are other sites that offer a much more reasonable fee. I will never buy from Seatwave again.

The company doesn't sell tickets at all. They act as a platform for people to list and sell tickets. Anyone can legally sell anything at any price they want - why should tickets be different? I think you will find that most people list the same tickets on all the secondary sites, so one is not that much different from another.
