We were three who received counterfeit tickets. We were informed at 11 o clock on the same night that we would be refunded the ticket price.this did not take into account for time taken off work to make the gig or for travel to Portsmouth niether of which is Seatwaves "fault" however given the price of tickets and premium paid I feel more could and should be done to re-imburse
