I purchased tickets for my father and I to see the Rolling Stones at the O2 last weekend. By the Monday, the seller had not uploaded the etickets as promised and I expressed my concerns to Seatwave by telephone. Seatwave set the seller a deadline to upload, the seller failed to meet that deadline. Seatwave then replaced my tickets with a comparable pair of tickets which was unexpected,but clearly stated in their user policy. I was very impressed with the level of customer service. Tickets were easily picked up at the O2 and saw an awesome gig onThursday. I wouldn't hesitate in using Seatwave to purchase tickets again and I would definitely recommend Seatwave to anyone.
