the ticket arrived on time, which was fine but I was shocked to see that I paid an extra £5 on top of the £42 i was led to believe was my final total.
The original price was £29 or £29.50, ( I can't remember down to the last 50p, but it was less than £30.)
Then there were 2 additional amounts for admin and delivery and the total came to around £42. I paid using my card and expected that that would be the total charge.
However when my ticket arrived I saw that I had paid £47.50. This really annoyed me as there was no comeback for me and I had paid £18 on top of the original quote of £29. Goodness knows what the additional £5 was for!
I would therefore be very wary when booking through seatwave again, as I felt I had been overcharged!
I would like to have known my final figure before giving my card details
