Oredered tickets almost two weeks before event. To get them fast ordered e-tickets. In 6 days total silence. Next day after sending question to support I got message that I can download tickets. No response from support guys, but I believe they didn't respond because they saw that I got tickets.
Interestingly that tickets wer bought from Ticketmaster 2 days before I got them (5 days after I bought them through Seatwave). Possibly from some special reserved block.
I was really suspicios of fraud, so arrived exactly when doors were opened. Nevertheless everything was ok. Seats were as promised - Row E, 10 meters from the stage. Perfect!
4-star rating was given just because process itself raised quite a lot of concerns during waiting.
