I ordered 2no tickets to the Sunday at this years V-Festival.
The tickets were good value and cheaper than any other site.

The website also showed how many tickets were available and was fast and easy to use.

Emails were sent with confirmation details which was usefull.

My only gripe was with the delivery, I was given a tracking number but not told who was delivering.
So I was unable to track my delivery. I then contacted seat wave and was given the details to track them down.

When I looked at the tracking site I was told there was no record of the tickets being posted. This contradicted the information
on the seat wave website which informed me the tickets were sent a week earlier.

I panicked and contacted seat wave, the next day my tickets arrived (on the Friday). The confusing part is, the tickets were shown as posted on the Thursday. So the seat wave website was useless, tracking number useless. It was just a lie.
